Rapper 50 Cent is producing a podcast!
Deadline reports that 50 Cent is collaborating with Narratively on the podcast, titled Look Thru My Eyes: Becoming DMX, which will also be produced in partnership with iHeartPodcasts.
Jadakiss has been announced as the host, and the podcast will begin by focusing on the late DMX. Future seasons are expected to cover the origin stories of other artists.
According to 50 Cent, DMX’s story goes beyond his music, encompassing themes of survival, faith, pain, and purpose.
This new project follows 50 Cent’s success with the Netflix documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning, which drew 21.8 million views in its first six days, just behind the final season of Stranger Things, which had 23.6 million views during the same period.
