Deceased American rapper Nipsey Hussle is currently being investigated by the Los Angeles police department for gang links.
According to a New York Times report, there was an open investigation into Hussle, the properties he owned and operated, plus his business partners before the rapper was killed. This is to determine if the mall location of Hussle’s store was a centre for gang activity.
This is very strange being that it was the LAPD that labelled Nipsey a hero after his death. They even had meetings set up with him to talk about gang violence. So why would there be an investigation for gang ties now?
Nipsey Hussle was fatally shot on March 31 outside the clothing store he founded to help rebuild his troubled South Los Angeles neighbourhood, cutting short a career that earned him a Grammy nomination this year for his major-label debut. He was 33.
