The nominations for the 2022 BET nominations are out!
The nominations were announced earlier this morning and leading the pack is Doja Cat with a total of six nominations. Doja Cat is this year’s only artiste, male or female, to be nominated in both R&B/pop and hip hop categories. Drake and Ari Lennox are up for four awards each.
Baby Keem, Silk Sonic, Chloe, Future, H.E.R., Jazmine Sullivan, Ye, Kendrick Lamar, Lil Baby, Mary J. Blige, and Tems all come in the three nominations each.
the 2022 BET Awards will air live Sunday, June 26, on BET at 8 pm. ET/PT from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, hosted by Taraji P. Henson.
