Close to 200 persons were inoculated, during a special vaccination effort targeting the transport sector on Wednesday.
The initiative which is a collaboration between the Transport Operators Development Sustainable Services and the British Caribbean Insurance Company, BCIC saw some 195 transport operators and their families receiving the Covid-19 vaccine in Half Way Tree, St. Andrew.
The initiative dubbed ”One Shot and Ready, Two and Drive” is the first of 11 to be held islandwide.
