Police are reporting the fatal shooting of two men and the injury of a female in St. James Friday Night.
Reports are that gunmen reportedly invaded an illegal party in the parish.
One of the dead men has been identified as 36-year-old businessman, Kayon Thompson, of Bogue Hill. The other man is yet to be identified.
Police say approximately about 11:20 pm, a party was in held in front of a bar in Bogue Hill when gunmen pounced upon a group and opened fire.
Three people were found suffering from gunshot wounds. They were taken to hospital where Thompson and the unidentified man were pronounced dead.
The other individual treated and released.
