Jamaica has recorded 19 more Covid-19 related deaths, pushing that tally to 2,053.
The Ministry of Health is also reporting 51 new positive cases, pushing the country’s total confirmed cases to 86, 507.
Of the new cases, 23 are males, 28 females with ages ranging from 6 to 100 years.
Kingston and St. Andrew had the highest number of cases with 19, followed by St. Catherine with 10.
150 persons have recovered in the last 24 hours, pushing total recoveries to 54, 719.
There are 29, 143 active cases.
