Jamaica has recorded 18 more Covid-19 related deaths, pushing that tally to 1,859.
The Ministry of Health is also reporting 312 new positive cases, pushing the country’s total confirmed cases to 83, 342.
Of the new cases, 143 are males, 169 females.
Kingston and St. Andrew had the highest number of cases with 75, followed by St. Catherine with 64.
239 persons have recovered in the last 24 hours, pushing total recoveries to 52, 531.
There are 28,370 active cases.
