American singer T-Boz took to social media to clear up some rumours after being hospitalized for an abdominal blockage.
TLC had to cancel several shows while T-Boz was in the hospital, which left fans worried. Yesterday, the "Chasing Waterfalls" singer posted a video to “set a few things straight,” and fans were shocked to hear her speak on such personal matters.
T-Boz, whose real name is Tionne Watkins, explained that while she usually keeps her private life off social media, she felt the need to address the speculation. “It had nothing to do with constipation. No, I’m not on Ozempic. Everybody and every celeb ain’t on Ozempic,” she clarified, before adding that several people have died from the same diagnosis.
She also cleared up that the condition wasn’t related to her lifelong battle with sickle cell anaemia.
Fans appreciated her transparency, with many finding humour in how she handled the situation. One social media user commented, “T-Boz really came out and said, ‘Well since you have your lil degree and you know everything.’”
