An investigation has been launched into the fatal shooting of a teenaged boy yesterday.
Dead is 16-year-old Ronaldo Smith of Maxfield Avenue, Kingston 13. Police reports are that about 1:45pm, Smith was fatally shot during a confrontation with Police.
Its reported that one Smith and Wesson revolver with four rounds of ammunition was seized.
Both the Inspectorate of Constabulary and the INDECOM were notified and a probing. Residents later protested, mounting roadblocks over the shooting.
