MICHAEL CLARKE DUNCAN IS DEAD
Reports are that actor Michael Clarke Duncan has died at age 54.
It is said that ‘The Green Mile’ actor dies nearly two months after suffering a heart attack.
The 6 foot 5 inches tall, 300 pound actor appeared in a number of films, including such box office hits as: Armageddon, Planet of the Apes, The Scorpion King and Kung Fu Panda.
According to reports, Clarke died this morning (Monday, Sept. 3) at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he was being treated for a heart attack according to his fiancée, Reverend Omarosa Manigault, in a statement that was said to be released by publicist Joy Fehily.
The muscular Duncan, a former bodyguard who turned to acting in his early 30s, is said to have suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered.
It is said that his fiancée is expressing her appreciation for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. As celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date.
It is said that the last public appearance that Clarke made was in spring of 2012, where he appeared in a video for the animal rights organization, PETA in which he spoke of how much better he felt since becoming a vegetarian three years ago.
