Legal Dispute over DMX's Album

A legal dispute has broken out over the rights to distribute the latest album by Hip-Hop star DMX.
Seven Arts Entertainment recently filed a lawsuit against music industry executives Craig Sussman and Charles Gullo, of "In The Zone Entertainment" label - ITZ. The lawsuit claims Sussman and Gullo are interfering with Seven Arts’ rights to the Undisputed album by DMX, since the pair are also claiming distribution rights to the release.
