Dalton Harris’ Power of Love is Number 1 on UK Itunes Chart!


Jamaican singer Dalton Harris has made it to number 1 on the UK iTunes chart with his power of love performance track featuring James author. Dalton’s track captured the spot from female singer Ariana Grande’s ‘Thank You, Next’ and his track is viewed by many as the song for the Christmas.

This follows the announcement on Sunday that Dalton Harris is crowned the 20-18 winner of the UK talent competition, X-Factor.

In an interview on Monday during the British TV show, Lorraine, Dalton said that some of the money earned from the track will go towards the charity programme, ‘Together for short lives’.

Together for short lives is a leading UK charity for children with life-threatening & life-limiting conditions.

Harris won a £1 million (approximately j$162,632,400) recording contract with SYCO music in association with Sony music.

Scarlett Lee was placed second and Anthony Russell was placed third.
