The man allegedly responsible for the shooting death of Angela Simmons’ ex-fiancé and father of her 2-year-old child Sutton Tennyson has turned himself in to Atlanta police.
According to WSB-TV Atlanta, Michael Williams surrendered to authorities on Wednesday, November 7.
Williams’ attorney, Jackie Patterson, told reporters that his client “will not be making any statements.”
Williams is charged with murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felon.
Tennyson was shot and killed in his driveway on November 4.
Although the couple called off their engagement last year, Simmons expressed her deep sorrow on social media.
