Two brothers who were reportedly caught on surveillance camera two years ago firing bullets at a car at a gas station in Glendevon, St. James, are on trial in the Western Regional Gun Court.

The trial started on Monday, October 8.

Obrien and Oneil Walters are on trial for the fatal shooting of Khonishyki Erskine.

Prosecutors reported that on September 22, 2016, Erskine was sitting in a car parked at the pump, when a car with men drove up.

The men alighted the vehicle, pulled guns, and began spraying bullets into the car occupied by Erskine where he died on the spot.

After the video went viral, the siblings were arrested and charged with illegal possession of a firearm, shooting with intent and wounding with intent.
