The Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) has rubbished reports coming out of the United Kingdom that Leon Bailey will suit up for Jamaica when the Reggae Boyz take the field against Bonaire in the CONCACAF Nations League match on Sunday, October 14 in Curacao.

UK tabloid, The Sun, reported on Tuesday, October 9 that Bailey has accepted a call-up from Jamaica ahead of their CONCACAF fixture.

But Bailey’s name does not appear in the list of players scheduled for the matchup that the federation released on Tuesday.

The JFF has previously invited Bailey to play for the national squad but his agent Craig Butler has claimed that Bailey will only play for Jamaica under certain conditions.

However, the JFF has not been prepared to meet those conditions.
