“Queen of Stage” Receives Mixed Reactions About Upcoming Performance at Slut Walk Show


Some social media users are taking issue with Spice’s upcoming performance on Amber Rose’s SlutWalk Show.

on Wednesday, Dancehall artiste, Spice announced on Instagram that she will be appearing on the show slated for October 6 and while some users shared their happiness for the Queen of Stage, other users never liked the idea.

There were even a few comment fights happening as some of Spice’s fans were convinced that the naysayers do not understand the purpose of Amber Rose’s show.

Ziptocrats, SlutWalk is a transnational movement of protest marches calling for an end to rape culture, including victim-blaming, the derogatory name- calling and shaming of sexual assault victims.

Specifically, participants protest against explaining or excusing rape by referring to any aspect of a woman’s appearance as an excuse for the unlawful act. The rallies began on April 3, 2011, in Toronto, after a Canadian police officer suggested that women should avoid wearing revealing clothes as a precaution against sexual assault.
